What is the Coalition?
The Coalition for Responsible Exit (the Coalition), is a program of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and its developers in collaboration with leading exchange companies and ARDA Resort Owners Coalition (ARDA-ROC).
The Coalition aims to educate and provide resources for timeshare owners looking to safely and responsibly exit their timeshares. Responsible Exit guides owners through the process, ensuring they make informed decisions and avoid pitfalls commonly associated with timeshare exits.
